Woodland Wonders

Recommended for Grades 3-12

This outdoor, hands-on field study in your school’s woodland area affords budding ecologists the opportunity to collect and analyze data from the Northeast forest. Plant characteristics, climate, forest structure, and the interaction of its components will be observed. Each student may plant a native plant.
